By accessing or using WearOrWalk, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. If applicable law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, you may use WearOrWalk only with that permission.
What WearOrWalk does
WearOrWalk is a private outfit second opinion. It can consider selected outfit photos together with context you provide, such as occasion, dress code, style goal, price, and notes, and return a Buy, Modify, or Skip recommendation with reasons.
Recommendations are subjective
Fashion is personal, cultural, and context-dependent. Recommendations are informational opinions, not scientifically objective verdicts, professional styling, tailoring, safety, legal, employment, or event-admission advice. WearOrWalk does not rate your body, face, or attractiveness.
No guarantee
WearOrWalk does not guarantee garment fit, sizing, quality, authenticity, fabric, safety, comfort, suitability, professional appropriateness, event admission, price, value, availability, or any purchasing outcome. Photos and context may be incomplete or interpreted differently than you intended.
Your decisions
You remain responsible for what you wear, buy, return, alter, share, or do based on a recommendation. Consider your comfort, judgment, event rules, workplace requirements, product details, and any advice from qualified professionals. You always make the final call.
Your photos and content
You must have the right to use every photo or other content you select or provide. Do not use images in a way that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights. Avoid sharing sensitive information in support messages unless you intentionally choose to do so.
Prohibited misuse
Do not use WearOrWalk to break the law; harm, harass, exploit, or discriminate against others; invade privacy; submit unlawful or infringing material; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; reverse engineer where prohibited; automate abusive requests; or misrepresent WearOrWalk recommendations as professional or objective judgments.
WearOrWalk intellectual property
The WearOrWalk name, app icon, website, design, software, text, and other product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted for normal use, these terms do not transfer ownership of WearOrWalk materials to you.
Third-party platforms
WearOrWalk may rely on Apple devices, iOS, the App Store, Photos, camera permissions, email, hosting, and security services. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change independently. Apple is not responsible for WearOrWalk’s recommendations or support.
Changes and availability
WearOrWalk is an upcoming product and may be changed, paused, limited, or discontinued. Features, compatibility, and availability may differ at launch or change over time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WearOrWalk is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Some laws do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WearOrWalk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost opportunities, purchases, returns, event access, reputation, data, or profits arising from use of or reliance on the service. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
Ending access
You may stop using WearOrWalk at any time. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or disruption of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continuing to use WearOrWalk after updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply under applicable legal rules, without naming a jurisdiction that has not yet been established. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be waived where you live.
