Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the WearOrWalk iOS app and to wearorwalk.com. It describes the current product and website. If the product changes in a way that affects privacy, this page will be updated.
Outfit photos
The current app processes outfit photos you select on your device. WearOrWalk does not receive, upload, or store server-side copies of those photos. The photos are not used for advertising or to train a remote model.
Camera and photo-library access
Camera and Photos access is used only so you can take a picture or select outfit photos for analysis. You control which photos you select through Apple’s permission and photo-selection interfaces. You can review or change access in iOS Settings.
Accounts
The current version does not require or provide a WearOrWalk account.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The current app does not contain third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. WearOrWalk does not use outfit photos for advertising.
When you contact us
If you email WearOrWalk, the email service may process your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily include. We use that information only to respond, maintain support records, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Please do not attach private photos unless you intentionally choose to share them.
Website hosting
Providers that host, deliver, and protect this website may process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, timestamps, request details, and security events. This information is used to provide the site, maintain reliability, and protect it from abuse. Like most hosted websites, limited technical server logs may exist.
Sharing
WearOrWalk does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary to operate support and website services, comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights, safety, and security, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Outfit photos are not retained on WearOrWalk servers. Support emails may be retained only as reasonably necessary for support, security, recordkeeping, resolving disputes, and legal obligations. Hosting and security logs are retained according to the providers’ operational and security needs.
Your choices
You control camera and photo permissions through iOS Settings and may stop using or uninstall the app. Photos in your personal library remain under your control through Apple’s Photos app. For support-related privacy questions, email support@wearorwalk.com.
Children
WearOrWalk is not designed to collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child sent personal information through support, please contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.
International users
Website and support information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable, that processing is subject to appropriate legal and contractual safeguards.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as WearOrWalk changes or legal requirements develop. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
