Answers

Frequently asked questions.

WearOrWalk is still being prepared for launch. These answers describe the current version.

Does WearOrWalk upload my outfit photos?
The current version is designed to analyze selected photos on your iPhone. WearOrWalk does not receive or store server-side copies of your outfit photos.
Does WearOrWalk require an account?
No. The current version does not require a WearOrWalk account.
How do I allow camera or photo access?
Open iPhone Settings, find WearOrWalk, and review its Camera and Photos permissions. You remain in control of which photos you select.
Why did I receive a Modify recommendation?
Modify means the outfit has potential, but WearOrWalk identified one or more adjustments that may better suit your occasion or stated goal.
Are recommendations objective?
No. Style is personal and culturally dependent. WearOrWalk provides context-aware guidance, not a universal verdict.
Which devices are supported?
The initial version is being designed for iPhones running iOS 17 or later. Final compatibility information will be confirmed when the app launches.
How do I report an incorrect or inappropriate recommendation?
Email support@wearorwalk.com with a description of what happened. Do not attach private photos unless you intentionally choose to share them.
How do I delete my WearOrWalk data?
The current version does not create a WearOrWalk account or store outfit photos on WearOrWalk servers. Photos in your personal library remain under your control through Apple’s Photos app.

Troubleshooting

A few things to try.

  1. 01Confirm the app has permission to access the camera or selected photos.
  2. 02Try a well-lit, full-outfit photo.
  3. 03Keep the complete outfit visible where possible.
  4. 04Confirm that the occasion and dress-code information is accurate.
  5. 05Restart the app if an analysis does not complete.
  6. 06Include the iPhone model and iOS version when contacting support.

Before you email

Share context, not private photos.

If you contact support, explain what happened and include your iPhone model and iOS version when relevant. Do not attach outfit photos unless you intentionally choose to share them.
